It could last for months if you don't contaminate it. Always spoon out the product or pour it out. Never put salsa back in a jar once it's been in a bowl.

We go to great extremes to recycle every single can, plastic bottle, glass container, and piece of card board. We recycle the equivalent of five full pick up trucks each week.
