Greetings friends!
I still remember the exact moment I sold my very first jar back in 1992. It happened at the American Airlines ticket counter, and my first customer - Kari - bought that jar for five dollars. From that day forward, something clicked.
What started in my home kitchen it quickly grew into something bigger. I began making fresh salsa and bringing it to the airport each week, selling 20 to 30 quarts at a time. The response was incredible, and it fueled my passion to keep going.
Not long after, I took a leap of faith and expanded the operation. By 2000, we opened our own production facility in Tempe - one that we proudly still operate today. Over the years, we’ve developed more than 60 unique products, built a distribution network that reaches customers across the country, and have sold over $10 million worth of salsa along the way.
What began as a single jar and a simple idea has grown into a journey I’m grateful to share with all of you.
